AI brain

A specialist that never gets tired.

The AI brain follows thousands of measurements at once, remembers every operating situation and knows what normal looks like at exactly this load.

Entry level

Workflow agents for industry

Four agents for everyday manual work. Workflow pilots from €4,900 (indicative), typically 4–6 weeks, a separate 30-day evaluation and production of €1,200–3,900/month. AI Brain and digital twin are priced separately. The exact fixed price is confirmed after the assessment and consultation.

Reporting agent

  • Daily reporting is compiled without copy-pasting
  • Reports are not delayed or left undone
  • Real-time visibility into production improves

Maintenance agent

  • Entries are made on time, not after the fact
  • Errors and gaps in entries decrease
  • Maintenance history stays reliable

Quality agent

  • Quality reports are compiled from all sources automatically
  • Gaps and errors in reports decrease
  • Quality data supports decisions faster

Information agent

  • Information is found in one place across systems (ERP/MES/CMMS)
  • Time spent searching decreases every day
  • Scattered information becomes one whole

The AI Brain presented below is our advanced industrial offering for demanding process optimisation – the workflow agents are the fast way to start.

Your data already knows what to do next.

Industry measures more than ever. Yet the most important decisions are still made on experience, time pressure and scattered screens.

Too many signals, too little time

Thousands of measurements, alarms and trends. Your experts have no time to connect them – until it is too late.

Constraints change all the time

Load, raw material, weather, electricity price and equipment condition change by the hour. Yesterday's optimum is not today's.

Tacit knowledge is retiring

Your experienced people's understanding of the process is your most valuable data – and it disappears unless it is captured.

How the AI brain thinks

AI Brain – real-time process advisor

AI Brain monitors thousands of measurements, learns normal behaviour and suggests the next best action. Human approval required — no automatic control.

  1. 1

    Observe

Reads measurements, events and maintenance history – with read-only access.

  2. 2

    Understand

Learns the normal behaviour of the process in different operating modes.

  3. 3

    Detect

Spots a deviation before it becomes a disturbance.

  4. 4

    Diagnose

Ranks the likely causes by strength of evidence.

  5. 5

    Predict

Estimates where the situation is heading – uncertainty included.

  6. 6

    Recommend

Suggests the next step that stays within every constraint.

  7. 7

    Govern

Blocks advice when data is incomplete or the situation is outside what the model knows.

  8. 8

    Learn

Expert feedback improves the model – only after review and approval.

The statistical backbone

Statistical backbone – reliable recommendations

Every recommendation rests on statistical evidence: clear effect size, confidence interval and uncertainty, and operational relevance. Advice is blocked outside the model’s competence.

  1. 01

No decisions on a p-value alone

Statistical significance is not enough. A finding without an effect size is not a recommendation.

  2. 02

Effect size and confidence interval, always

You see how big the effect is – and how certain we are about it.

  3. 03

    Engineering significance decides

A finding must matter for the process, not just in the numbers.

  4. 04

    Unknown territory = no advice

If the situation is outside what the model has learned, advice is blocked and the case goes to an expert.

  1. Process data
  2. Quality and coverage
  3. Statistical evidence
  4. Engineering significance
  5. Recommendation to the expert
Evidence cardExample
Drying temperature +3 °C → energy −6.1%
  • 95% confidence interval: −4.2 … −8.0%
  • Sample: 312 batches · known operating range
  • Engineering significance: yes · quality in limits
AI may explain the evidence. It may never override it.

AI Advisory

An adviser that knows your process.

The AI brain follows the process in real time and tells your expert the next step: what to adjust, by how much and why. Optimisation respects changing constraints – load, quality, energy price and equipment condition.

  • Next best action, with its reasoning
  • Optimisation within dynamic constraints
  • Every suggestion traceable to data
  • The expert approves or rejects – always

Example: “Reduce feed by 4% for the next two hours – energy −3%, quality stays within limits.”

Digital Twin

Try it virtually first.

We build a digital twin of any industrial process or machine – from pumps and compressors to complete production lines. The twin combines physics and data, so you can test changes without risk before touching the real equipment.

  • Any process or machine
  • Physics + data = a trustworthy model
  • “What if” scenarios without production risk
  • Continuously calibrated from real data

Example: “What happens to energy use if line speed goes up by 8%?”

AI Brain Asset Performance Management

Know which asset needs attention – and when.

The AI brain tracks equipment health, detects anomalies and estimates the probability of failure. You get a prioritised list – what, why and how urgent – and a maintenance proposal for your expert to approve.

  • Health index and anomalies for every asset
  • Most likely causes, ranked
  • Failure risk and remaining useful life
  • Maintenance proposal – feedback improves the model

Example: “Pump P-12: bearing vibration is rising. Inspect at the next maintenance window.”

Read-only access – no controlPeople always decide

The lynx shows the way. Your expert decides.

The lynx sees in the dusk – and the AI brain sees patterns in your data that would otherwise go unnoticed. But it never runs the process itself: it works with read-only access and writes nothing back to control systems. Every decision stays human.

  • Read-only access – no writes to control systems
  • No automatic retraining without approval
  • Every recommendation explained and traceable
  • Advice is blocked when the evidence is not enough

Trust

Your data stays in Europe.

Industrial data is a trade secret. That is why development and operation follow EU data protection rules from start to finish.

Servers in the EU

Solutions run in EU data centres – Finland preferred.

Development in secure EU cloud workspaces

Our developers work only in secure EU cloud workspaces. Data never moves to anyone's own laptop.

Synthetic and pseudonymised data

Development uses synthetic or pseudonymised data. Real data stays in the EU.

Read-only access

We write nothing to your control systems. The AI advises – it does not control.

Access control and logs

Least privilege, encrypted transfer and every access logged.

Your data is yours

Your data is never used to train models for other customers. When the contract ends, data is returned or deleted.

How your data moves – and where the work happens.

Everything happens inside the EU. Live data flows one way to the AI brain. Development, testing and troubleshooting take place in secure EU cloud workspaces using safe copies.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need new sensors?

Often not. We start from the data you already have: automation, historian and maintenance systems. If an essential measurement is missing, we tell you directly.

Can the AI control the process by itself?

No. The AI brain works with read-only access and gives recommendations. Decisions and actions are always taken by people.

How do I know a recommendation is reliable?

Every recommendation shows its reasoning, the size of the effect and a confidence interval. If the evidence is not enough or the situation is outside what the model knows, advice is blocked.

Where is our data processed?

In EU data centres, Finland preferred. Development takes place in secure EU cloud workspaces using synthetic or pseudonymised data – real data stays in the EU.

Is this suitable for a small industrial company?

Yes. We start with one process or asset where energy, quality or reliability matters most.

Does the model retrain itself automatically?

No. Retraining is governed: an expert reviews and approves changes before they go live.
