What is AIOpti?
AIOpti helps SMBs and industrial organizations identify, pilot and adopt AI solutions in practical business environments. Our focus is on measurable outcomes such as time savings, improved information use and increased productivity.
How does the AIOpti service journey work?
Our recommended path is: • AI Productivity Check™ • AI Productivity Blueprint™ • AI Pilot • AI Productivity Partner™ This allows organizations to evaluate AI opportunities before making larger investments.
What is AI Productivity Blueprint™?
Blueprint™ is a management decision-support service before piloting. It helps organizations evaluate: • AI business potential • implementation requirements • organizational readiness • the most suitable first AI pilot The outcome is a practical roadmap for the coming months.
When should we use Blueprint?
Blueprint is particularly useful when: • AI opportunities are being explored • several use cases are available • the first pilot must be selected carefully • investment decisions need business justification
Does AIOpti replace employees?
No. AIOpti is built around the principle that AI prepares the work and people make the decisions. Our solutions support experts by reducing repetitive work and accelerating information processing.
Do we need Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?
Not necessarily. AIOpti solutions can be built around existing workflows and systems. The most suitable technologies depend on the use case.
Can AIOpti work with our existing systems?
Yes. Solutions can be deployed alongside Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, ERP systems, CRM platforms and document repositories.
How long does a pilot take?
SMB pilots are typically deployed in approximately three weeks. Industrial pilots typically take 4–6 weeks depending on scope and complexity.
How is pilot success measured?
Success metrics are agreed before implementation. Typical measures include: • processing time • response time • reporting effort • information accessibility • work quality • productivity improvements A separate post-pilot review is included.
What is AI Brain?
AI Brain is an industrial AI approach that helps experts identify anomalies, analyze processes and support operational decision-making. Final decisions are always made by people.
Where does the AI Brain expertise come from?
AIOpti builds on Digital Brain experience from energy and steel industry environments. This expertise has been applied to: • process monitoring • anomaly detection • maintenance support • quality management • operational decision support
Why don't you publish more industrial reference cases?
In many industrial environments, development projects, operational practices and achieved improvements form part of a customer's competitive advantage. We respect our customers' business interests and do not publish detailed process information, performance metrics or business results without explicit permission. We believe that our customers' competitive advantage belongs to our customers.
Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is handled within the EU according to the chosen implementation model. Security, controlled access and transparent data handling are core principles of our delivery model.
Is customer data used to train public AI models?
No. Customer data remains the property of the customer and is not used to train public AI models without explicit agreement.
Which service should we start with?
For most organizations we recommend: AI Productivity Check™ → AI Productivity Blueprint™ → AI Pilot This approach helps identify and validate the highest-value opportunities before larger investments are made.
